Get your orders from Rusty delivered to you anywhere in Australia or New Zealand via Express shipping. You’ll receive your orders in 2 to 4 business days in Australia for a small charge of $6.99. Surfboards attract a fee of $50 for delivery in Australia and $150 for New Zealand. New Zealand orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days for a fee of $19.95. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the stipulated times above. Rusty offers Free shipping to Australia for orders of $79.00 and above.

Rusty Return Policy

You can return any products you are not satisfied with to Rusty within 30 days from purchase for a refund or exchange. The products must be in their original condition, unworn, unmarked and unwashed with all original tags still attached. Online returns can be posted to the warehouse with address on the website with charges credited to you as returns for a refund or exchange cannot be processed in-store. If an item arrived faulty, it can be returned to Rusty for them to make a full assessment for a refund. You’ll have to provide evidence of purchase and fault with receipts and photographs.
