Millers Shipping Policy

Millers offers free delivery for orders over $80 to several areas including Sydney, Melbourne and other metro areas. A flat rate of $10 is required for delivery of orders under $80 to the same areas. Deliveries are made via Australia Post and the delivery time depends on the area where the order is being delivered. If there’s a Millers store in your area, you can choose the Click and Collect option to save on shipping costs. With this option, you place your order online and select the store you want to collect the order from. Your order will be prepared and you’ll receive a text notification once it’s ready for you to collect within 3 to 10 business days. In order to pick up your purchase, you need to take a copy of the email order or your text message and a form of I.D. Click and collect orders must be collected within 28 days or you’ll receive a refund for the purchase, minus an administration fee.

Millers Return Policy

Once you’ve made your payment, you won’t be able to change or cancel your order. If you want to change it or no longer want the item, you can return it once it’s delivered to you for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items are only eligible for refund if they’re unworn, in original condition and with tags still attached. The original purchase receipt must also be included with the return. You can return your purchase to a Millers store or via Australia Post for free. Returns made using Parcel Point require payment of a fee from $6.95. Sale items, swimwear, underwear and pierced earrings are not eligible for return.
