Free shipping applies to orders within Australia with a total over $80. If your order total is below $80, a flat fee of $10 will be required for orders to be delivered within Australia. All orders within New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of $15. Delivery to Australia takes 3 to 7 business days from the day you place your order, but may take longer in remote, rural areas or during promotion and sale periods. Shipping within New Zealand typically takes 10 business days. To help you save on shipping costs, you can opt for the Click and Collect option if there’s a W. Lane store you can easily get to. Click and Collect is a free service which lets you select and order goods online, then collect them from any of the participating W. Lane stores. You’ll be able to select a store of your choice as the collection point once you’ve added the items you want to buy to your bag. An email will be sent to you, notifying you that your order is ready for collection. To collect your order, you’ll need to take a photo ID and your ‘ready for pick up’ order confirmation email to your chosen store.
W. Lane Return Policy
Order cancellations and amendments are not possible once you’ve placed your order. This includes changes to delivery address, colours or sizes, adding or removing items, applying W. Lane discounts or rewards, or full order cancellations. If you want to make a return, you can choose one of the many options available to send your items back.
